Introduction

This project aimed to boost the online visibility of a sewing course company, making it easier for them to connect with potential students. Led by Raihan Software, the project involved creating a landing page and a website from scratch, along with taking care of SEO and marketing needs like Google Analytics and Conversion Rate.

Background

In today's world, having a strong online presence is key for any business. However, many sewing course companies haven't fully tapped into the digital market. This project sought to change that by helping our client showcase their courses online and reach more people who are interested in sewing.

Objectives

The primary objectives of the project included:

  • Build a user-friendly website to showcase the sewing courses.
  • Improve visibility on search engines through SEO.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics to track how people interact with the site.
  • Make it easy for potential students to get in touch with the company through integrated forms.

Challenges

The sewing course company faced a few challenges, including:

  • Not knowing which technologies and hosting options to choose.
  • Not having an official online presence can make potential customers skeptical about the company's legitimacy, so it's essential for us to build trust online.
  • Needing help with SEO to rank higher on Google.
  • Wanting to improve how they generate leads online.

Solution

To address these challenges, we:

  • Created a website and landing page using Next JS 13+ for better performance.
  • Set up Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and what they do there.
  • Used conversion events to track the effectiveness of Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Since the company lacks IT resources to manage forms through a CRM software, all leads are redirected to the company's WhatsApp.

Results

Thanks to our work, the sewing course company saw:

  • More people visiting their website and spending time there.
  • Better leads coming in through the website.
  • People recognizing their brand more online.
  • Positive feedback on how easy the site was to use.
  • Juliana Jaya now ranks prominently on Google search results for their preferred keyword, thanks to effective SEO efforts.

Lessons Learned

Throughout the project, we learned:

  • It's important to pick technologies that fit the company's needs and capable to handle.
  • Continuously improving marketing strategies is crucial for success.

  • Use more advanced analytics tools to learn more about the audience flow while accessing our website.
